Infusing Developmental Assets in Organizations: This workshop will explore how organizations can integrate the asset building philosophy and principles into their programs. Participants will learn:
· strategies and best practices for infusing asset building principles into organization leadership, practices and operations.
· detailed information about connections between the asset framework and youth success;
· how they can intentionally implement asset-building strategies in their curriculum and instruction;
· how they can engage parents for involvement
